  1. Thank you, I have already contacted a support. Now I will keep my fingers crossed.
  2. I did it. But now that I tried to activate the license on my new pc, it did not let me do it. The error message says “Activation code is invalid for this region”, which is what I was worried about. I will contact the support service and hope they can help me with this.
  3. I installed Kaspersky Anti-Virus on my new pc. But now I have to deactivate the license on the old pc and I could not figure out how to do it. What should I do?
  4. Hi everyone, I installed my Anti-virus Kaspersky in USA on my old pc. Recently though I had to move to Europe and unfortunately it happened that my old pc had a problem that was too expensive to repair, so I decided to buy a new pc. Therefore I wonder if now I can move my license to the new computer without problems, even if I am in Europe. Thank you in advance for your help.
