Can't add user on Endpoint Security Cloud [MOVED]

Hi, We are testing the Cloud solution for our company, and created a cloud account and created a workspace but we are unable to create users. I can’t pass the “ Verify user email addresses and aliases” screen, no matter what… Can someone help? Thank you.
