I am new to Kaspersky. After installing Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 I am continually getting a warning from Kaspersky's

"Detected active malicious software

System Memory"

I think this is leading to the "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services" Microsoft error I get shortly after. When I perform recommended actions the reports say the virus is disinfected, but upon reboot it reshows itself. I tried customer supports advice of scanning in safe mode but that did nothing to solve the problem. If anyone knows help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome. Please see the first Important read me topic located in the forum section that this topic was moved to, and then post the screenshot and post the GSI report link and also attach the AVZ .zip that are all requested and instructed.
