problem by detect VLAN IP Address in discovery ksc

i do install new ksc but problem by vlans ip address this discovery ip address ksc do not find my pcs

 

my vlans have different rang like 192.168.1.1 ---- 192.168.2.1 ---- 192.168.3.1 …..

I think as default KSC discovery clients in the same lan as KSC installed. You can 

manually specify ip range in scan options by if you dont have routes to your vlan networks KSC cant get this information.  The administration server polls the generated IP ranges using ICMP packets.

Hi @MARYA,

why don’t you poll your Active Directory? That would make it all much easier ;) 

KSC → Device discovery → Active Directory
