Problem upgrading KSC 10 to 11

Hello, 5 months ago i tried to update KSC 10 to 11, upgrade successfull, but after 30 second with console open,  i kept getting an error. So iv back to the 10 again.

Today i tried again but iv got the same error. Can someone help me?

The right one is 

“patch_11_0_0_1131_server_b.zip — patch for Administration Server that must be installed on a device designated as the Administration Server. This component includes patches for Administration Console and Network Agent.”
