I've just renewed my subscription online, been sent the new code, but when I've tried to enter it, it says its already been used? I've downloaded the latest version, ran the latest update, but it still says the code has been used? What do I do??

Welcome. Please pass your mouse cursor over the red K tray icon and tell us the full, complete name and version number of your Kaspersky product.

Are you Beta Testing > Protect a Friend and Achievements programs?

Please check system date/time is correct.


Please contact Tech Support: https://center.kaspersky.com/

Please attach the following items to your Tech Support request:

a. Description of the issue.
b. Screenshot, as needed.
c. GSI
d. Complete license purchase details.

Tried this. In the end I just changed my password on kaspersky.com and re entered the activation code and it accepted it. Strange.
