It’s been a month, is there no one there that knows how to resolve this issue ?

Kaspersky Security Center 11. Using Kaspersky for Android Sp4 10.8.1.16 and tried with Kaspersky for Android 10.8.0.81 Is it possible to do this so we issue a mail certificate and we just load it up without needing user’s info ? We have to constantly ask users to come in and type their log in credentials and configure the exchange server information every time we hand out a phone.

I was able to get the certificate. It says that it has been applied from kaspersky. However, if i try to get it from kaspersky on android i get the same error. If i try to add exchange through gmail and i browse for a certificate to use instead of authentication it doesn’t let me.

I added a mail certificate for a user on android. I go to settings, additional, get certificate and type his username and password. I then get an error: “Ended with an error, failed to process Administration Console Commands. Unable to receive or send data dring synchronization.” I’ve delete the device from the server, and the certificates. I still get the same error. I’m trying to get the user to the point where i just enter their domain username and password instead of going to the mail settings and specifying the exchange info.

Hello, Whenever we install kaspersky on an android phone, the email (Corporate account) is in the kaspersky app listed under synchronize. However, we always have to input manually the user account info in order to set up email. Is there a solution where we don’t have to do this but it’s automatically set up.

I tried to install via Control panel: install application remotely, but it got stuck at installing c++ for 30+ ..it wouldn't move at all.

Hello, Would it be possible to add Kaspersky Passoword manager free/enterprise to our terminal server so that when users log in (they can save their passwords). We want each individual user to have access to their own kaspersky passwords when they log in to the server. How would we go about this, i tried to find it in the documentation but no help.

I have submitted a request to the team to see if they can provide me with a full distribution password manager.

Solved after a restart. Some critical updates were installed/applied, maybe that helped, maybe not. Not sure.

We are running KES 10 on Win server 2012. I tried running kaspersky backup with and without cmd and with the -log parameter in cmd. After being stuck at opening scm for 5-7min , i get this message "Error 1197/ 0x0 .operation failed because of time out period expired' of access to service 'klnagent'.. I checked my services and the network security agent is set to automatic start i stopped it and started it agian but same error. I'm trying to save the backup to C:

I received a popup to install kaspersky (from windows 10) for administrative rights, i selected yes, and it's been over 20 min and it still hasn't installed. I know it's not my speed or anything because the installation always takes less than 5 min.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, it is not working, i ran the command and nothing installed. I waited 10min and checked to see if it installed but nothing, even though it takes about 2-3 min to install. I also checked in Program Files (both of them) and nothing is there.
