Hello, I solved it. these description for others : Problem: when we want to upgrade Kasperskye Security Center 10 to 11 OR when we try to manually backup with klbackup tools we get this error : Während der Installation ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: klbackup returned error: 1199; code=11; Eine oder mehrere Speicherablagen sind beschädigt: C:\ProgramData\Application Data\KasperskyLab\adminkit\1093\.working\storages\a805900d-fd6c-4853-9cdd-df0b17dd51e6\SS_SETTINGS.dat you can see the full error description here : https://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?/topic/388255-ksc-10-administration-server-upgrade-failed/&_ga=2.231950492.202749491.1569322268-2067422652.1564567086 Solution : as you can see in previous link, "Kirill Tsapovsky" provided the solution :
It is apparent from the text of your error that a certain host entry on the server became corrupted. This could happen because of a power outage while hardware caching was on, or other physical effect. The path mentioned in the error is as follows:C:\ProgramData\KasperskyLab\adminkit\1093\.working\storages\hostID\SS_SETTINGS.dat The part is the host ID you need to detect and remove from server. ...
but his script is not available now! so i continue from here : We should find the display name of host ID in database . we can check table of Kaspersky SQL database with this query : SELECT * FROM Hosts WHERE (strName = 'hostID') The query will generate a result, which will contain a display name of the problematic host. Go to the Console and remove that host from the server (first from Managed devices, then from Unassigned). The host can be re-added later.
After this you should be able to perform the backup (or upgrade) successfully. If you receive another error with a different ID, repeat the procedure.
Thanks
