Dear Kaspersky-forum

Since installation of KSOS 5 on a newly setup windows 2016 server is struggle with massive performance issues on starting and use of programs. There I encounter repeated stucks and delays. A de-installation of KSOS on that server completely solved all problems, but I am sure, that there are some settings in KSOS 5, where performace-issues will be "reduced" to a certain extend a usage of applications will be possible....

I have the following environment:
Windows 2016 Standard Server, Xeon E5-2620v4@2.10 GHz (2 Processors), 64GB RAM, Domain Controller and Remotedesktop with 5 users. In use are 4 Harddisks all of them in RAID1 for drive C: and D:. Memory usage as stated in TaskManager is all about 13%, CPU is approx in between 2 to 4%.

I have de-activated self-protection already, as based on various descriptions and within software itself, that may lead into performance issues already and it already helped, but did not yet reach desired.

Is there somebody, who may help me with a hint to have a performant system back again with KSOS on it? All of the programs, which reside on the server, have already been moved to trusty applications and a change within Heuristics has not been applied. All of it runs in STANDARD.

Hi Team,

We are having the same issue with our servers but we can't find support ticket form to submit our tickets.
