Kaspersky keeps crashing

I have installed the latest version of Kaspersky. I have already installed one user license on my laptop and it is running perfectly fine. I have trouble with my installation on the desktop.

 

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but again the same issue. I keep getting the Microsoft error - Please tell Microsoft about this problem - Send, Dont send

 

I am attaching the details of the error as screen shot.

 

I get the problem while:

1. Kaspersky is running in the background

2. Updating to latest database

3. Uploading collected memory dump files

 

Please help!

Try to reinstall Kaspesky and delete the whole data about kaspersky using KAV\KIS utility from Kaspersky Lab

Install the latest updates from Microsoft (WinXP SP3 if it XP or WindowsVista SP1 if it Vista)

Install Windows Installer 3.1 or higher

Generate GSI (getsysteminfo) and see if there are Incompatible software with K. in Your system, then uninstall/delete them., unsintall K., run a registry cleaner in Your system and reinstall K.
