Dear all,


The Web Support team is now considering reconstructing the Technical support site. We would like your help to know how to place information on the support website logically and most conveniently.

In order to participate in the study, enter the link > type a name (e-mail address is not mandatory) > start the study.


In the link you will find the current site content which you can sort as you wish. Drag 1 item of the site content from the left column to the right part of the table and create as many folders as you find necessary to place the content. You are also to name each folder appropriately. There are no right answers; we are simply polling opinions before reorganizing the site. The study will take only 5-10 minutes.


If have more than 1 vision of the content organization, participate in the study once or more. As the names of the participants should be unique, either change the name or add a number, a slash or any other symbol to the already used name.
