Okay, then it's a licensing question. As of April 2, 2019, a new solution is being sold that is offered in two options:

1. Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud (per user) version 8.0 and later
2. Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Plus (per user) version 8.0 and later

The Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud (per user) and Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Plus (per user) solution incorporates new protection components and a new licensing scheme. As you can see, the following features are not included in the normal cloud license:

1. Web Control
2. Device Control
3. Encryption Management
4. Patch Management
