As a Corporate customer, I feel that there should be a seperate forum for each product. This could drastically reduce the number of searches, in addition to eliminating results in other languages. For example, Enterprise server, and Security for Exchange 2007 would be seperate from the workstation products.

But that would make the forum too long to scroll. You can specify subforums you want to look at in the Search by the way :)

But by "subforums" you mean the same categorizations that I am speaking about. they are just too broad. For anything that I am interested in, as a Corporate customer, I need to go to "Protection for small and medium sized Businesses."

 

Under that, there should be an Exchange 2003, Exchange 2007 , Admin Kit, Enterprise File Server category so that all related items are together.

Splitting forums by products should be good solution.

Had to scroll many pages today to find user's comments to Unix products. 'Search' is good, but classification is better.
