Kaspersky, manual scanning stops without reason.

Hello everyone,


I got a lil problem with my kaspersky client. First of all I wanna say that I love the program, best anti-virus ever !

Lets get to the point:
I am doing a manual scan, but as soon as I minimalize the kaspersky window it stops scanning. 
You can oversee all scan history/current scans. I am scanning right now, on the top it says ''active scan'' with the progres bar etc. But here it comes: when I minimalize the window it stops. My harddrive disk stops making sound and when I alt tab back to the window. the progress bar is gone including the active scan. if I wait 5-10 seconds it carries on scanning again.

Tedious ! very tedious ! I have the feeling I cant use my computer while its doing his scans. OR I have to keep the window open on my 2nd screen all the time. 

Why is this ?
Is this a bug ?
I bet u want some info on what I am using exactly: Kaspersky Internet Security, Program version: (k) for a win10 x64 build, 17134. The program is on dutch language.

Welcome.  Please see the second pinned topic for instructions to download and install Kaspersky version 2019. 

Uninstall Kaspersky version 2018 > reboot, then install Kaspersky version 2019. 

After you install Kaspersky version 2019, activate with your current activation code > do a databases update > reboot.

Any better with the current version?
