I can't get the anti-ransomware tool to install.

It goes through the install, gets to "extracting cab files", and then says "rolling back" and then "An error occurred, consult your administrator".  It's created a Kaspersky folder in Program Files (x86), and some registry keys, but nothing else.

I'm trying to install on Windows Server 2012 R2, logged in as administrator.  All other a/v has been disabled.  Trying all the options in compatibility mode to install, nothing works and finally says "incompatible application".  Is it?

The event logs show error 2147024891, which according to Microsoft (as far as I can find) is a MS-Office error (there's no MS-Office installed on the server).

** I was trying to get my customer to install the full Kaspersky on all 15 office PCs instead of AVG which recently let through some particularly nasty Ransomware.  So far, they're not impressed!  But I could be making some sort of mistake with the install?
