System Memory, Trojan which Kaspersky can't delete

I have been receiving a message from Kaspersky Pure 3.0 stating that there is aTrojan.Multi.BroSubsc.gen on my pc and when i select to remove it and restart my PC it just appears again after the restart.

I need help resolving this issue please.

Welcome. PURE 3.0 is ancient and antiquated. Please see the pinned topics, as indicated in the small print that is located at the bottom of this message.

Please attach the following items to your Tech Support request: 

a. Description of the issue.
b. Screenshot, as needed.
c. GSI

Already searched and couldn't find this same issue. That is the reason for asking. How is it ancient? Paying for this program a nice amount of money and its ancient?

Okay i saw the links, but I do not understand what has to happen there. Do I have to download a new antivirus now?

That would be Yes, .....But: Your activation code may possibly be too old to work on the current version. So, first, can you tell us how long ago you purchased your current activation code?

I purchased the program (3 copies) years ago, don't remember exactly. Since then i just pay yearly subscription. My Kaspersky Pure 3.0 is up to date, last update was today 21 Feb 2019.

Please go ahead and uninstall PURE 3.0 > reboot, then install the current Kaspersky Total Security (KTS) > reboot, then activate with your current activation code. Then do a database update > reboot, then scan with KTS. Any better?
