Already searched and couldn't find this same issue. That is the reason for asking. How is it ancient? Paying for this program a nice amount of money and its ancient?

Okay i saw the links, but I do not understand what has to happen there. Do I have to download a new antivirus now?

That would be Yes, .....But: Your activation code may possibly be too old to work on the current version. So, first, can you tell us how long ago you purchased your current activation code?

I purchased the program (3 copies) years ago, don't remember exactly. Since then i just pay yearly subscription. My Kaspersky Pure 3.0 is up to date, last update was today 21 Feb 2019.

Please go ahead and uninstall PURE 3.0 > reboot, then install the current Kaspersky Total Security (KTS) > reboot, then activate with your current activation code. Then do a database update > reboot, then scan with KTS. Any better?
