Confirmation needed to install critical updates

Hello,

From some time now I can't get my Endpoint Security 10 ver. 10.3.0.6294 to update properly.

This is what I see:

After I initiate the update, the process goes to 100% and then back to the same message without ever completing.

Both happens on Windows7 and Windows10 machines. My company has a commercial licence for 50 PCs and still hasn't expired.

Can you help fixing that?

I can't see any of the suggested file formats in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp

Hi,

I'm looking for:

  • kl-install-yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss.log
  • kl-setup-yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss.log
  • ucaevents.log
  • MSIxxxxx.log

and none of those are visible in the temp folder
