Repeated "Previous Application launch failed." Event ID 1000 & 7031

If I don't manually perform a scan with Kaspersky Anit-Virus v19.0.0, I'll get a repeated pop-up message, "Previous Application launch failed". Any scan type will do and I've been using "Quick Scan". The pop-up is associated with the following Windows 7 Event ID 1000 and 7031, or 7034. Errors messages below.
