Hello everyone , 

Most likely this thread may be already resolved on this forum but i didn't find any solution to my problem, yet.

The issue appears when I try to reach the page that redirect to my workspace. The error I get from the browser is the following :

This site can’t provide a secure connection s095.cloud.kaspersky.com sent an invalid response.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

On my workstation i have installed the following product :




The browser version is : Version 72.0.3626.96 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Can you guys help me and guide me on the steps i have to take fix this issue ?

Hi all, 

All is ok now. The issue was caused by an incorrect rule in my router firewall.

I can now connect to my workspace in the cloud management console.
