klim6 & ndis (.sys) BSOD-related Issues (Total Security)

Recommended Posts

Hello Folks; I've ran into some pretty unsavoury issues regarding my Kaspersky installation, with issues with the drivers above mentioned in the minidumps formed from running Driver Verifier.

The system in question has two SSD's and one HDD, with an SSD and HDD associated with Windows, and an NVMe SSD associated with Linux, i.e. it's a dual-booting system. Other than that, it's just a standard computer running Windows 10 Pro (64 Bit)

I've ran Driver Verifier for a dozen-odd restarts now and I continuously get these drivers in question:

I've attempted to reinstall Kaspersky Total Security, and I've even ran a reinstall of Windows on this system, what I assume to be a clean boot. The issue doesn't arise in safe-mode with Kaspersky disabled (alongside Chrome and NZXT CAM it's the only program I've installed, well, Blue Screen View, but that's a portable .exe)

Is there any recommended solution to this or perhaps an idea on what I could do to rectify this ;-;

Sorry for the late reply. I've not been home recently (on a trip abroad) and so haven't had access to my PC.

I've ran GSI and Traces during the process of forcing crashes using Driver Verifier (alongside catching an actual random crash from the issue) and also the "Full Dump" method.

The issue I have now is uploading that full dump! It's 16 GB in size! Tech Support won't accept 1.2 GB or higher.

What am I to do with regard to the report? Submit w/o the dump... or? ;-;
