KES 10 on macOS High Sierra "Components failed to start"

We have Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud to secure our Macs.

Most of our macs were upgraded from macOS Sierra to High Sierra (not fresh installs or new purchases). After logging in and waiting for menu bar items to load, notification center will show "Components failed to start. Some protection components failed to start."

KES does appear to be able to run scans in the background and update the database successfully.

  • KES 10.1.0.622b.c.d.e

I'm having the same problem. How can I get my trace reports to the correct channels to get this resolved?
