Realtek Audio Driver doesn´t start after KPI installation on WIndows

Hello Team, After a deployment of KPI EndPoint Select on an environment,  in two  of the PCs running windows 10 Pro stop working the Realtek Audio driver, and in the device manager is shown the message like ""Windows can nost start the device because the registry is incomplete or demages ( Code 0019).

Can you help with this issue to help a customer?

Please specify the version of product installed on the clients.

EndPoint network agent 10.0

EndPoint Security for Windows 11.0

please also provide an export of active policy and full GSI from affected host.

Could you please collect GSI report completely. For some reason it does not contain the most important part.

Hi,

Thank you for that info!

Could you please confirm that once KES is deleted audio driver works normally?

Please collect KES traces in the following way:

-Enable KES traces

-Restart the system

-Make sure that the problem presists

-Turn KES traces off.

 

Please use any file sharing resource to upload data and provide us with a link.

We are scheduling this activity , in the meantime is there any known issue  like this with this kind of drivers?
