No Network Map seen after changed from KIS to Total Security

Recommended Posts

I recently changed from KIS to Total Security and when i did I was no longer able to see my network map. I am on windows 7 pro (x64). When i removed kaspersky total security from my system completely, the network map worked again, so it is definitely the program doing this.

Is there anything I should know or is it just something I have to live with (or in my case NOT!)

Report what version of KT Security did you install..? or

when try to view the Network map - is there any Error message on screen

if not : Restore KTS to its default settings it may fix the problem

To restore KTS settings open KTS mainWindow >> click settings >> scroll Down

and click the "Manage settings" link : From displayed Drop-down menu >> select

Restore Settings >> click [Next] to finish Restore : Try now the Network map view

Welcome. Also and in addition to above suggestion from indio can you please also check this :
Kaspersky > Settings > Protection > Firewall > Configure packet rules
> Local services (TCP) > Ricghtclick > Edit > Action : "Allow" > Save
> Local services (UDP) > Ricghtclick > Edit > Action : "Allow" > Save
Please reboot your system after above setting modifications.
