KES11 Business Support after breach

3 month ago (August 2018) we installed KES11 and Security center 10 in our  company premises. It was regularly updated and maintained.  Unfortunately only a month later ( September) we were  hit by ransom that killed Kaspersky and infected many PCs.

In order to investigate the issue and plan to improve defense  I went  looking to contact support ,   but on Kaspersky  site support there is only retail version choice.

How can I reach Business support or similar  service?
