Website Javascript file recognized as a virus - Heur Trojan.Script.Generic

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

Maybe you can help me with this issue please ?

Kaspersky Small Office Security V5 is reporting a virus Heur Trojan.Script.Generic in a JavaScript file of our website.

31.10.2018 12.15.29;Descarga bloqueada;https://www.canalmar.com/js/common1.0.js;HEUR:Trojan.Script.Generic;https://www.canalmar.com/js/common1.0.js;Google Chrome;Programa troyano;10/31/2018 12:15:29

As the developer of the JavaScript, i'm quite sure there is no virus over there.

In fact, your VirusDesk Scan doesn't detect anything in the .js and reports it as safe, using this link

The JavaScript file url is https://www.canalmar.com/js/common1.0.js;

I am uploading the file. Please give us a quick response, as this issue is harmful for our business.

Best regards

This is a Kaspersky users forum , We can't help You with this matter, please contact to KL Support: https://center.kaspersky.com/

Create a ticket there and send Them the script and all the necessary info.

The detection is heuristic and comes from WebAV module, that's why an on demand scan and KLVirusDesk say is clean...
