Endpoint Security 11 for Window Installation Fatal Error

Dear Kaspersky

I am having fatal error when installing Endpoint Security 11 locally from my own computer.

Multiple reboot had been done however still the same.

 

After that I had tried install the Endpoint Security 11 only however result still the same.

Attached log file are my last attempt.

 

Kindly advice what I need to do to resolve it.

Have you restarted this device after unsuccessful installation attempt ?

There is an error in install log: 

Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows -- You must restart your computer before proceeding with the installation.

You must restart your computer before proceeding with the installation.

 

We would need full GSI report next time.

Hi EvGene,

Yes I had restart multiple time however still unable to install with the same error code.

In the last attempt I tried running Kaspersky Remover tools. After that restart and reinstall.

However after last attempt, Checking for Administration Server also failed.

Hi,

Please provide us with Network agent installation logs and with klnagchk log.

Were there any KL products installed at this host previously?

Please make sure of the following:

1. BFE (Base filtering engine) service is running

2. There are sufficient permissions for the registry entries: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/networking/2011/06/14/the-windows-firewall-service-fails-to-start-registry-permissions/

Please excuse, I am not a cooperate product user

but I strongly recommend that you disable secure boot functiona in BIOS/UEFI firmware and try install again.

it is highly likely that this method can be a workground.....
