Hi,

As suggested in previous threads, i was asked to install klim6.inf manually then the error occurred as mentioned above. Following is the file which i executed by right-clicking and selecting install option.

There was a new driver that was attached at my previous post.

Could you please confirm that it could not be installed as well?

Thank you!

Hi,

Unfortunately this new driver is also prompting same error as before:

and thus installation gets failed with the same error :

With all due respect sorry to say but there must be some way or other to get this issue resolved as its already 4 weeks passed since the article is been on discussion, but still seeking for accurate solution. Multiples of GSI, installation logs and other snaps/evidences are also provided, also at user's end; various remote and support sessions has been taken for actions recommended by you but nothing worked yet. Kindly guide the solution for this as its been too long for this issue. Thanks

Hello,

Are you talking about the logs that were Posted on Friday at 11:55 PM ? Its confirmed that I ran the kavremover in safe mode and all of the KES versions were uninstalled in safe mode too. Although the GSI report was executed when the system was booted back to Normal after the installation was failed, so its clear that the uninstallation was run using kavremover in Safe mode. One thing to be noted here that, not just KES 11 but also (MSI and EXE stand alone) of KES 10 SP2, KES 10 SP1 MR4 is also not installing on this system. And as mentioned in previous thread that both of klim drivers that were provided had error which was attached in previous post. This new error appears during KES 10 SP1 MR4 installation:

I can provide you with the latest logs attached herewith:

Hello!

Please check if there are any remains of KES in the registry.

Delete them and try the installation again.

Thanks!

Hello.

Non of kavremover logs has a safemode flag.

Please provide output of the command: fltMC.exe

There is new version of kavremover available at https://support.kaspersky.com/1464#block1 check it when your PC launched in safe mode (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode) .

Hello,

I have no idea why it doesnt contain any parameter that indicated safe mode, but this is well sure that every time i executed kavremvr, it was executed in safe mode and there is no doubt whether it was in safe mode or not. Although i could tell you tell that i enabled safe mode from msconfig command as follows:
