Kaspersky Security Cloud causes many error; user profile, NPE, connectivity.

hi there

a new user of Kaspersky Security Cloud here and I want to report some problem of Kaspersky Security Cloud version 19 I think . here the list of those problems blow :

  1. Kaspersky Security Cloud cause a corrupt user profile (a lot of error in the event viewer)
  2. Kaspersky Security Cloud is completely disable to find out why NPE is crash on every time (the cause is Kaspersky Security Cloud)
  3. Kaspersky Security Cloud is causing a connectivity issue and my web- browser(s) tabs kept spinning until to Kaspersky Security Cloud is to completely has blocked my internet connection

:) The advisable to Do on this case is the following actions...

1) Send the errors to klab Technical Support to get help to resolve them

Link :  https://center.kaspersky.com/support/requests/create : open the link

Fill up first steps and finish >> Typing the errors description and Send it

 

2) No matter if you've the Free or Paid version : if you're unsatisfied with Kaspersky

Security Cloud - You can upgrade to Kaspersky internet security or Total security

kaspersky Technical support agents .. Can help you out as well - Good luck
