Cannot display the list of group tasks

Hi Kaspersky Team,

Please Kindly help and advice for our KSC problem. Some times our KSC get errors cannot display the list of  group tasks (error attached). Please find the link of attached log from device. please note the link will be deleted on 19 September, 2018.

What the root cause of this error? We hope can get work around for this case.

Hi,

We see following error in event logs:

Database error occured: #1950 (1105) Generic db error: "1105 '{42000} Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.ev_event'.'PK_ev_event2' in database 'KAV' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.; Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.ev_event'.'PK_ev_event2' in database 'KAV' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.' LastStatement='sp_ev_put_event'"

Could you please check disk space on SQL server.

Hi,

Is it possible to recover SQL DB from previously made backup? KSC keeps automatically created backups for 3 days.

According to SQL error log "CREATE DATABASE or ALTER DATABASE failed because the resulting cumulative database size would exceed your licensed limit of 10240 MB per database."

That means, that you have to reduce DB size by deleting unnecessary events or use another type of SQL server.
