This is a corrupted file due to this virus, that's why I recommend that you should run a windows repair "Upgrade choice" from a windows CD, but anyway this is your laptop webcam driver program you should reinstall it or choose repair from the installation choices, you can get back to your laptop company website and search for your computer model then choose the support page that you can find and download your webcam driver, and I guess this is a HP laptop

There is one weird question just came in my mind that maybe related to this issue, the question is:

Does this virus appears after you have just updated your windows ?
