KES 11 BSOD tcpip.dll

Recommended Posts

Hi

3 Machines that have KES 11.0.0.6499 and agent 10.5.1781 are getting BSOD with message System Service Exception tcpip.dll

Not happening on all machines and only seems to be since we upgraded KSC and rolled out the new version to the workstations.

information sent

The GSI report is collected on a host where no KES is installed at all.

To investigate the problem, a GSI report from a host where the issue reproduces is required, as well as a full memory dump created during BSOD.

Thank you.

Hello!

Please collect a full GSI report from the affected machine.

We need the full report to investigate the issue, unfortunately the parts of the report cannot help in it.

Thanks!

Hello.

The developer suggests that the latest private fix be installed in order to resolve this issue.

In order to obtain the patch, please create an incident in CompanyAccount and reference the issue number/link to this topic, request patch pf5081.

In case further analysis is required, a full memory dump will need to be configured and collected during reproduction. The link to it can also be provided in the incident.

Thank you.
