did you solve this error?

A customer has the same error after using a renewal license file.

Invalid license format: KLLIC::c_szwKeyLicPeriod


When opening the license management in the policy for smartphones he get the following error: system error 0xE0000009 (?)

And it is not possible to choose a license

no the error still exists, I'm just waiting for the perfect moment to make the trace, but it's difficult because the error appears completely unregularly.

The MobileLicense error I can't reproduce because we don't use the mobile management solution from Kaspersky Security Center.

Hello again, 

last week, after the error appears again, I started traces but since then I didn't receive the error again.
I'm not sure if it is resolved, but so far it's ok for me.

Just for info.
I will keep you guys informed if the error comes again one day.
