Web Anti-Virus Blocking Skype Windows 10 App Notifications and Calls

Hello. I wanted to report an issue with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows (application version mr3; database release date 2/7/2018 12:12PM) on Windows 10. The Web Anti-Virus protection feature when enabled is blocking notifications and calls in the Skype for Windows 10 app (app store version) - voice calls do not work; when the Skype app is minimized or closed, no new notifications appear. When this occurs, nothing gets reported to the end user. There's nothing in the reports, logs, or user interface showing that Web Anti-Virus is blocking anything. However, after numerous tests on multiple computers, disabling the Web Anti-Virus protection and restarting the computer resolves the issue (Skype notifications/calls work as expected). I'm hoping for two outcomes, (1) for this issue to be resolved, and (2) we should get alerted if the Web Anti-Virus is blocking any connections (why isn't this the case?). Thanks!

Could you provide Kaspersky Event log and KES policy from affected PC ?
