protection off in centos 6.8

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Tried kesL 10 , kav4fs 8.0 issue remains same.

We able to install Kaspersky AV & Net agent successfully but AV after install.pl (i.e. Kernel compilation do not install) and show “protection is off” & do not update system.

we come to know that Kaspersky only support specific kernel which can compile Kaspersky with other languages/drivers/setups present in OS.

But currently do not have any details of this “specific kernel” to address the issue. Hence as a layman can we confirm that Kaspersky support only specific kernel OS and currently do not have any proper solution for other kernels where we are facing issue.

BR
