License Agreement violated

Hello,

I get the following Event from two devices:

Event "License Agreement violated" occurred on device XXXXXX in Windows domain XXXXXXon Donnerstag, 21. Dezember 2017 07:03:51 (GMT+01:00)

Event type:     License Agreement violated

Application\Name:     Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows

User:     NT-AUTORITÄT\SYSTEM (System user)

Component:     Protection

Result\Description:     Databases are corrupted

 

KSC shows me, that the devices have the correct license.

My workaround would be:

- Disable self defense

- Update Database and top hope that this would repair the database

Is this in your sense too?

Hello.

Does the issue reproduce on the same hosts after local installation as well, or only after KSC installation?

Please check system time on the hosts, changing dates might be the reason for the error to persist.

I installed KES 11 as an update on a computer with KES 10 SP2 and a correct license. After two weeks I installed the agent.

Yes, but the policy allows only updates from KSC.

I think that I would have read that it's possible to use the "normal" key too.

But never mind. Is it possible to get a activation key instead ot an activation key?

Since you are trying to activate KES, you have to use a key for KES, not for KSC.

Also, we need traces collected during activation from KES, not from KSC.

For this I imported the license for KES to KSC.

Then I created a task to add the key to the devise.

For testing purposes, a trial license is provided. A trial license cannot be applied to a computer where a commercial license had been used.

Hi,

Please start traces at local KES interface and then start update task.

Please make sure, that *HST* trace file was created.

Please attach all traces files to your answer.
