Hello,

in the event log I see an event "Task: <Product>". What does "<Product>" mean?

Hello,

we checked two highlighted events from the bottom in exported event log and word "protection" is displayed instead of "<Product>".

Please attach recorded video of the issue and full GSI report with event logs from the problem machine.

But how can I do it? Protection isn't a task. I think it's the option "custom scan" of the policy.

Sorry for insufficient explanation.

We need video how you open this report and export it.

We think that its KSC console issue because txt report displays information correctly.

Why do you think so? In the file events-171220.txt you find the entry <Product> too. But it differs in some seconds.

Can this event be reproduced deliberately by modifying the "Custom scan" task in KES? Please collect KES traces of the process for analysis.

What do you mean with "Custom scan"? The task who created the Event <Product>? It's a task "Search for issues?

It's long ago that I created the ticket and I don't know which kind of tasks it was, which created the events.

I don't know why, but I see the Event <Product> only at the properties of the host and not as Event in KSC.
