      Due to some technical reasons visual delays are possible while message sending. Actually your message is published immediately - just interface works long. In such case, please, do not re-send your message immediately! Press F5 to reload the page and check if your message/topic is published. || По техническим причинам возможно визуально долгое отправление сообщений на форуме. Фактически ваше сообщение публикуется мгновенно - долго отрабатывает графика. В случае подобной ситуации, пожалуйста, сначала обновите страницу (F5) и проверьте, появилось ли ваше сообщение. Не пытайтесь сразу отправить его заново.

License renewal - failed again and again

Hi Kaspersky

I have been using Kaspersky since 09, renewed every year without any problems but now...jeez
My license _was_ (it is now expired) about to expire and as always i used the "Renew" buttom from the software directing me to Kaskersky homepage where i can order with 20% discount.
Placed my order - no key what so ever.
Cancelled it and tried again - no key

Called Digital river who said that there was an error.
I placed a new order...and a new order...same issue - no key

Now from Kasperskys homepage under the product theres an oppotunity to renew as well...Validated my license as shown...placed a new order - failed - AGAIN ?

Why is it impossible to renew a license ?

Now i have to proof that i have bought your product before so that i can have a credit nota - AFTER i pay full price for your product.
You really have to figure this out to be honost.

Digital river customer service are very kind indeed but you should tell them _not_ to ask for credit card information - you are a security company after all :-/

Now 3 hours later mostly on the phone with customer care absolutly no solution what so ever. Tested with 3 different credit cards - same result.
Bank confirmed that Digital river blocks the payment completion.

Any advice how to get this working ? Because Digital river (call center) doesnt seem to help :(
