      По техническим причинам возможно визуально долгое отправление сообщений на форуме. Фактически ваше сообщение публикуется мгновенно - долго отрабатывает графика. В случае подобной ситуации, пожалуйста, сначала обновите страницу (F5) и проверьте, появилось ли ваше сообщение. Не пытайтесь сразу отправить его заново.  || Due to some technical reasons visual delays are possible while message sending. Actually your message is published immediately - just interface works long. In such case, please, do not re-send your message immediately! Press F5 to reload the page and check if your message/topic is published.

Mail's stuck in outbox

Hi 

 i'm facing a problem with our Endpoint , the issue is all outgoing mails stuck in the outbox folder receiver already received it but he will keep receiving it until we delete it from the out box 

 Netagent ver 10.4.343

 KAS  10.4.343

I did most of the troubleshooting  by 

 - create a new outlook profile 

- uncheck scan outgoing mail through outlook addon 

- reinstall the netagent and Kas 

 

 any advice, please?

please state the exact build of KES which you use.

when have the problem started ?

Did you make any changes in OS recently ?

Is it possible to check, which component of KES causes the issue?

Please try to disable the components one by one and check if the issue reproduces.

Hi 

could you please clarify what do you mean by disabling components?  

 here what I did :

- disable the application startup control   " Still "

- disable application privilege control        " Still "

- disable vulnerability monitor                     " Still "

- disable Mail antivirus                                  " Still "

- Pause protection and control         " email sent without any problem "

 

any advice ?

You can attach here files not bigger than 2MB. 

If the size is bigger, you use any file sharing services you like.

 as per the attach , after uncheck " connectivity ------> pop3/SMTP/mntp/imap traffic " 

issue has been solved, can you please clarify what the function of this option? and is it mandatory to keep it checked ?
