Hi,

I would like to ask you. I have windows 10 64b, latest version. CPU i5 3570, 16GB RAM. I ran custom scan 1 folder. It takes about  70 minutes and it is still not finished. It is normal? I tested the same folder with Avast and scan was about 30 seconds. I use the default settings of Kaspersky.

Thank you.

This is not normal

The problem will be that if avast is actually installed on the computer, it will cause conflicts with kaspersky.

You may have other conflicts as well.

A good start would be to uninstall avast and make sure it is removed 100%

A GSI report will help the experts here, see below...

Thank you for your answer. But I use only 1 AV - Kaspersky. Avast is uninstalled. The folder I scanned with Kaspersky has only about 7MB (5600 files) > I think it is not normal. Because if I scan my whole PC - 6TB - it takes a month...

Hello,

Please create a excluding rule for *.zip, *.rar, *.iso, *.cab, *.7z, etc, several  compressed format files. This will improve the scan file speed a little.

Regards.
