Hello.

Unfortunately, SiWinAcc.sys driver is incompatible with KES: https://support.kaspersky.com/9371#block1

Thank you.

I knew it but How can I solve it?

More specifically, this driver is incompatible with KES encryption. Please try to install KES without encryption components.

Thank you.

You should be able to pick the necessary components in the installation package properties if deploying from KSC.

If you are performing a local installation, you can create a setup.ini file and place it in the installation folder before running the setup: https://support.kaspersky.com/9389

Thank you.

I guess you should provide a template not just an empty "setup.ini" like "http://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/CorporateUtilities/KES10_setup_ini.zip" !!!

The file is actually a template: it installs KES with default parameters. As you can find in the article, encryption components will not be installed since they are not listed (while some are). You can customize this file using information from the article.

Thank you.

I see two parameters : 1- FileEncryption 2- DiskEncryption

Which one must be disabled?

Hi,

Both components should be disabled.

Thank you!

I installed Kaspersky just with other parameters. It does not matter to "encryption components".

Hello,

What exact version of KES do you try to install ?

Do you install KES via local installation or KSC server or another way ?

Sorry, your last answer is not clear.

What is the result of installation without encryption components ?

If installation fails, please attach a screenshot of error message and installation logs.

Thank you.

I guess you can find the version via above photo.

It is installed. I just want to know is "SiWinAcc.sys" is for Microsoft or for other companies like Intel?
