Task "Global Daily Update" completed with error

Dear All,

I have an issue, some computers received the following error when I lauchn a global update :

  • Event Task "Global Daily Update" completed with error happened on computer STCHGW135 in the domain SOCARTRADING on 10 August 2017 09:30:26 (GMT+01:00) Failed to receive file

I try to google this error but I didn't find any solutions

KSC build : 10.4.343, console windows ? 2012 R2

Please find the report on attachment

Please attach export of task settings (KLT format) and export of result.

Also we need full GSI report with event logs from one problem host.

Are these PCs recieving updates from KL servers?

Could you please clarify do you use any proxy?

Is it possible to connect(and download) bases from any source from the list via browser?

If you are using KSC as an update source please clarify is the set of PCs permanent or different PCs are affected each time?

Yes all PCs received from KSC (please see the printscreen bellow)

The server don't use any proxy, he can surf on the web

When you said "is it possible to connect and dl bases from any source form the list via browser, what do you mean and how it is possible ?

Yes we using KSC as an update source and different PCs are affected each time...

Hello!

It was meant, if you could reach one of the addresses from given list of update sources via browser on the affected machine. 

Also could you please check, if there are any proxy servers between the KSC and the affected machine?

Could you please indicate me what is the port of the server to try via browser ? http(s)://10.250.1.xx:??

No proxy server between computers and AV server
