Protection off Problem

Hello All,

i install KES 10 for Linux  on centos 6.8 and after that , i run configuration file . and i install Network agent for Linux & run configuration file  .

Now in my KSC , i can see this machaine icon and it recived License file but  i see protection off ,

Please say me , How can I solve it ?

Could you please specify the KES version and also the version of the Linux kernel?

Hello ,

KES 10 for Linux  10.0.0.3458  & Linux centos 6.7 ( kernel ver : 2.6.32-573.el6.x86 )

What is the version of your KSC?

Does the forced sync help?

ksc 10.4.343 ; yes , I used force sync & refresh .

Also I created policy for kes Linux & update task and policy applied but update task didn't work .

When i want to start this Task , i see , its inactive .

but i dont know , why does it protection off , when it recived License !!!

which log files are you need And where are these files  in my Linux  Device ?
