I need some help with a frustrating problem.

I am trying to renew my anti-virus and need to sign in to do it.  I have another few days left with the discount.

Probleem is  I need to reset my password and when I try, I'm asked for the answer to the security question.  The problem is I don't know it and I've tried a few different ones.  I've even tried signing into my account using my Facebook account, but am told the password is wrong.

Any ideas how to fix the problem with the security answer?

I can't.   I need ti sign in to do that.  I cant sign in because i don't remember my password.  I cant reset my password because i dont know my security answer.

 

Now do you understand the problem?
