The file is over 4Gig. I can try and break it apart and send via company account.

Actually the only thing that was missing from original file was the event logs. Attached here.

Are you sure that size of report is about 4 GB ?

Please attach a screen shot of GSI file listing and their sizes.

Which items of report are the biggest ?

Let's divide deployment task in two steps :

1. agent installation

2. KES installation

we see in KEL :

Network Agent data appear to be corrupted. #1205 I/o error 1205/0x0 ('The system cannot find the path specified.') occurred while working with file 'C:\ProgramData\KasperskyLab\adminkit\1103\data\gsinfo.lck'.

Please create a task of remote installation for agent in KSC console and launch it.

Have you had network agents of previous version on these machines before ?

Yes I had previous version of agent installed. Removed what was there and pushed out new version. Completed successfully.

Do you mean that agents were installed successfully in all problem machines ?

So what is going on? What do I do now? I tried installing KAV again after the agent installed and got same error.

OK Did it. Installed agent without issue as usual. The Antivirus part still fails.

Hello,

we see running KL drivers from previous KES versions in GSI report.

Please delete all drivers with mask C:\Windows\System32\drivers\kl*

there were drivers cause I had the agent installed. I just uninstalled the agent and checked the drivers folders as seen in the attached there is nothing there now. Yet I still cannot install KAV.

The latest GSI you provide has been collected before the latest steps and contains information about leftover drivers from KES installation, and the installation itself fails to unlock some of the program files. Please make sure you have cleaned those up using kavremover, then collect a newer GSI log and attach it (at this time the system should be clean), then attempt to install KES, then if it fails, provide the newest installation logs.

Please clarifty how you are using the kavremover utility, whether anything is auto-detected, and what result it shows. If it does not provide any results, try rebooting the host in Safe Mode and running it again. Please provide the kavremover log afterwards.
