outlook crash antispam addin

Recommended Posts

Starting from the last 2 days Microsoft Outlook crashes (on 3 PC) if antispam service is activated on Kaspersky Small Office security 5 (17.0.0.611e). This happens on outlook 2007 and also on Outlook 2013. Did you find anything like that? Thanks.

I have same problem and the culprit is the Kaspersky anti-spam addin crashing Outlook.

I have KIS on 3 laptops and Kaspersky Small Office on 3 PC's and the Kaspersky anti-spam addin has had to be disabled as it crashing outlook on every single machine.

They are running a mix of Win10 Pro, Win 10 home, Win7 pro and Win7 home with either Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2016 / 365.

This would appear to be an issue with Kaspersky and would appreciate Kaspersky getting to grips with this quickly

Thanks for the advice. But I have seen likes of Norton are affected too, so Kaspersky is not alone in this.

For me it is easier just to disable the Kaspersky anti-spam addin as I have Outlook being affected on 6 machines with different Windows Operating systems and different versions of Kaspersky,

Plus, so many others are having the same issue already and they have been advised to contact support, so I will await the solutions from Kaspersky
