in our company i have many computers 32 bit and many computers 64 bit with outlook installed

 

only mail scan work on computers that installed outlook 32bit.

 

 

 

versions installed is :

KES 10 sp1 mr3

KES 10 SP2

KSC 10.3.407

KSC 10.4.343

im using two version of ksc because i have two sites the problem exist in the two sites and network agent is 10.3.

407

kindly know problem exist also without deploy with ksc

when start custom scan and only My email scope selected scan work for 1 second then stopped note that my mail box is had too much objects and other client that have same problem have a big mail database file

Please clarify what settings are set for the Mail Anti-Virus on the affected hosts. Is it configured not to scan large files?

Also, try modifying the task scope to include the actual location of the mail database instead of "My mail, and let us know the result.

Presumably this task cannot access exchange account and scan mail since it runs under system account by default.

Please specify the user account (with access to mail) in the task settings and let us know the result.
