Virus activity Client computer is blank [In progress]

Hi All,

 

Kaspersky environment is:

 

Kaspersky Security Center version (10.3.407)

Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent (10.3.407)

Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows (10.2.5.3201)

 

My issue is:

 

- Client virus report show blank when I clicked View report on viruses, it shows blank as second image

Any bugs here? Please advise me. Thanks

Try to reproduce this issue on the latest version 10.3.0.6294 and inform us.

It still shows blank.

 

The things strange happened after upgrading for client to latest version 10.3.0.6294:

 

+ At KSC:

- KSC removed all backup and Quarantine of infected Computer. Before upgrade to 10.3.0.6294 they're still there.

- Virus counter still indicate 82

+ At KES:

- All backup and quarantine has been removed also.

 

I really stressing... blah blah cannot retrieve all viruses report.

My KSC running Network Agent (NA) v.10.3.407

 

Some Client KES running NA v.10.2.434

 

My question is: Is it require to update client to the same NA v.10.3.407?

It is always necessary to keep your Network Agents updates and the same version as the KSC, because in this case the stability and reliability can be granted.

While the infected computer is still stored at the Backup and Quarantine at KSC so why report did not show out?

Versions mismatch drastically.

KSC server - 10.3.407, but all agent versions are below, except 4 machines.

KSC server and agents must have the same builds.

KES 10.3.0.62.94 is not compatible with your KSC server - http://support.kaspersky.com/13513#block5

Please upgrade KSC server.

KES 10.1.0.867, 10.2.1.23 are not supported.

By the way, at client side. Is possible to remove .dmp file from C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent\~dumps

 

and how to prevent Kaspersky create a lot of dump files. It's get a lot of space of hdd

Hi,

 

Yes, you can delete this file without any consiquensies, but since the dump file was created that means that KES was crashed which is not normal.
