      Due to some technical reasons visual delays are possible while message sending. Actually your message is published immediately - just interface works long. In such case, please, do not re-send your message immediately! Press F5 to reload the page and check if your message/topic is published. || По техническим причинам возможно визуально долгое отправление сообщений на форуме. Фактически ваше сообщение публикуется мгновенно - долго отрабатывает графика. В случае подобной ситуации, пожалуйста, сначала обновите страницу (F5) и проверьте, появилось ли ваше сообщение. Не пытайтесь сразу отправить его заново.

[2019] Crashes/Dumps/BSOD

Bug reports connected to the following problems of Home and Small Office products are received in this topic:

 

— OS (operation system) crashes;

— crashes of KFA\KAV\KIS\KTS;

— OS freezes cause of KFA\KAV\KIS\KTS(no such problem without product);

— KFA\KAV\KIS\KTS hangings.

 

Please write in this topic only about the problems that suits the list of components!

General requirements for bug-reports are written in Section 2 of testing guide.

 

All inappropriate messages will be deleted!

 

i | If possible use ZIP format for dump files archives.

 

! | All bug reports MUST have:

— the state of AppVerifier and DrvVerifier tools (enabled/disabled);

— the name of the dump file and the path to it (priority to the ftp data8);

— all actions that lead to the problem are described;

— traces of the product.

 

On pruduct's dump detection please check the state of BFE service — Base Filtering Engine.

 

For this in cmd input command:

sc query bfe

Dump from PC with disabled BFE or from VirtualBox (Oracle®) are not being processed.

KTS .205 en WIN7 x86

 

Got a warning from windows that KTS is out of date , in fact it was updated , then KTS froze and could not be closed , could not open task manager or nothing , lot of dumps created

Here also, since yesterday KTS2019 .205 can't stay without crashing GUI constantly... just started my system and after a few seconds a new crash...

Here is a dump following a crash. When the crash occurred, no programs would run, but the computer didn't totally freeze.

 

I'm using Kaspersky Security Cloud 19.0.0.306

 

Windows 10 Home, Build 15063

 

App Verifier and Driver Verifier are both active (I didn't touch them)

 

It is not clear what triggered the crash. I'm not sure if it is totally KSC's fault. Ever since Windows 10 went though a major upgrade around early April, I have been having issues.

Testing System 0 (see signature) + KTS2019 .417 + App. & Drv. Verif. Off.

 

After install, updated, disabled app & drv verif via regedit rebooted the system, and got "Previous Lunch Failed".

windows10 15063 x64

SAAS19.0.0.422 ZH-CN

Avp service crash during processing a malware.Trace is on before the crash.

1 I disabled file-antivirus,in order to test another problem(not this one)

2 run the sample

3 HIPS report a virus using signature,than blocked it from started by OS. Also a disinfect was initialized.

4 I wait for a long time to hear from a 'deleted' report. An avp service dump was found.

KIS 19.0.0.507en, system specs in signature, BFE on.

Installed this build, updated databases, uninstalled secure connection & got previous app launch failure after rebooting, SRV0 full dump written.
