Hello.

Please note that only those cases where WOL is supported by BIOS but not activated when it should can be troubleshooted. For those, please describe a more detailed scenario that can be used to reproduce the issue (OS version, steps, cases in which WOL works and in which it doesn't).

Thank you.

As suggested earlier, please provide more detailed descriptions (both action- and environment-wise) of cases when WOL can be used and when it cannot. Note that, in order to investigate, product traces for reproduction scenarios will be required.

Thank you.

Please take into account the following factors:

1. What are the products installed on hosts, and what are their versions?

2. What is the task type that you are trying to execute that involves WOL?

3. Does it depend on the initial host state (powered off, sleep mode, hybernation)?

4. Is there a user logged on to the host?

Please let us know which are the deciding factors whether WOL works or not.

Thank you.

Please note that KES 10.2.1.23 is not supported as of 2017. It is suggested that you upgrade to a more recent version.

Under which application do you find the mentioned type of task in the task creation wizard? Please provide its export.

Note that provided information is not sufficient to define a reproduction scenario. Please refer to the suggestions in previous posts.

Thank you.
